August 29th 2010, almost exactly a year ago from the completion of this film, I broke my back in an accident jumping off a quarry wall on the last day of summer. This film serves as an autobiographical account of my experience during that accident, as well as a huge step in the process of recovering emotionally after spending an entire year afraid of water.
